Rates
Bookings are charged on a per person basis, regardless of room type.
All rooms are dual occupancy with either a Queen sized bed or 2 Twin singles, except for two rooms which can accommodate 3 people. Bookings for only one person in a room are charged an additional single supplement fee, which will be raised by the Booking Officer and is due with the accommodation charges. All rooms have an ensuite or private bathroom, and meals are included in the accommodation charges.

Child & Infant Discount
Children (5-14) get 20%* discount on relevant rate Babies and toddlers (4 years and under) are $60/day, in parents room *Please note -- children's discount and infant fees are automatically calculated in your booking Single Supplement $100 a day |
Additional Booking Policies
• Full tariff is due upon booking
• Bookings may be for 7 days, 5 days or 2 days, as follows:
7 days: Sunday to Sunday
5 days: Sunday to Friday
2 days: Friday to Sunday

Cancellations and Changes
Any cancellation, alteration or change to a booking will be subject to a $50 administration fee, and the following policy will apply to the remaining value of the whole booking or affected portion of the booking:
100% refund:
1. Visitor cancellations more than 50 days prior to start of reservation
2. Visitor cancellations due to government changes, including border closures
3. Aurora cancellations of your booking (i.e. due to changes in government restrictions, etc.)
90% refund:
Visitor cancellations due to COVID upon presentation of positive PCR COVID test within 7 days of the reservation (please note that a Rapid Antigen Test is not sufficient). The board reserves the right to vary required proof depending on COVID and Government developments and conditions.
0% refund:
Non COVID evidenced visitor cancellations less than 50 days (standard policy).
